Ready to Launch is expanding access to staff careers in government and politics by equipping women with the opportunities and support they need to learn, grow, and launch careers.
Your support powers our work to recruit more women from historically marginalized communities, lead our fellowship and training programs, and convene educational events and other public gatherings that equip women with the tools they need to bring their voices to politics and public service.
