  • Ready to Launch Reception and Fundraiser

    Join us in Hollywood for a celebration and fundraiser to toast Ready to Launch's third year and raise critical funding to support our 2024 fellowships and programs!

  • Intro to Policymaking Workshop

    Join us for our Introduction to Policymaking Workshop to learn some basic fundamentals of policymaking and build community with other women who are passionate about government, policy and politics.

    The workshop will be held in-person in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    About our trainer: Danielle Guillen is a cross-sector leader that specializes in using human centered design to build equitable governmental systems. She has designed over 18 governmental policies and programs domestically and internationally, most notably in school districts across the nation.

    Danielle specializes in equity based research, evaluation, and policy design. In her previous role as the Director of Policy and Organizing for a Los Angeles Unified Board District, she gained first-hand experience in specializing in grassroots policy design with community members and advocating for their solutions to be implemented. She has also led field research projects for clients such as The World Bank and Colombian University Uniminuto where she specialized in qualitative research.

    Danielle is a proud first generation college student with a Masters of Public Policy from University of Southern California. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hikes, and visiting restaurants she sees on Tiktok.
