We expand opportunities for self-identifying women in Los Angeles County to learn about staff careers in politics and government through our public events and innovative fellowship program. We provide the training, mentorship, stipends, and support that our fellows need to succeed.

RTL Fellows
Our program provides in-depth training to prepare our participants for success. We connect participants with opportunities in politics and government, provide them a mentor, and help support stipends to ensure our fellows have economic access to these opportunities. We build community to help you learn and grow.
