Fellowship

Fellowship

Through our fellowship program, Ready to Launch helps expand opportunities for women to launch careers in politics and government. Our program is built to create an inclusive environment that tears down barriers for women from historically marginalized communities.

Each fellow participates in more than 40 hours of training and educational sessions with the Ready to Launch team and guest speakers, covering everything from Government 101 to professional writing skills. The fellows are each paired with a one-on-one mentor to offer them guidance and advice, and help them build their network.

We help each fellow identify and secure a great internship opportunity to get hands-on experience in parallel to the educational training we offer.

We believe in paid work. We know that paid opportunities are essential to ensuring an equitable entry-level pipeline into government and politics. That’s why we help support stipends to ensure our participants can access opportunities.
