Meet our fall 2021 fellows!

We are thrilled to introduce our first fellowship cohort! 🚀 

This fall, this incredible group of women will come together to kick off our inaugural fellowship program. They will learn together, grow together, and develop a network that will help them bring their voices to politics and government, and launch careers. 

As a brand new organization, our team was blown away by the outpouring of applications we received from amazing candidates. These applications clearly show the need for our program and the critical void it helps fill in our communities. The talent is out there, and we are ready to help expand the staff pipeline for women.

This is a huge milestone for Ready to Launch, and we look forward to growing our fellowship classes in 2022 and beyond. Thank you to all of our dedicated volunteers who helped with the application process and all of our supporters who’ve made this possible! We could not do this critical work without you.
