Our program is building an inclusive and equitable staff pipeline in government and politics by offering the training, mentorship, stipends and other support you need to get started.

You’ll participate in educational sessions with our team and other guest speakers, you’ll be paired with a one-on-one mentor, and you’ll get help finding and securing an internship in an elected official’s office. We offer stipend support to ensure you get paid and can afford to access these opportunities. And we’ll help you hone your resume, build your network, and put your best foot forward to explore staff careers in government and politics.
