Update on Ready to Launch’s fellowship program

The Ready to Launch team announced we are pausing our fellowship program and will not be able to host a cohort in 2026. 

This is not the end for us or our work, but it is just a temporary pause of our flagship program. We look forward to keeping our community updated on the timing for our next fellowship program when it becomes available.

We are so incredibly proud of the five fellowship cohorts and 37 women who have graduated from our fellowship since 2021. It’s a privilege to be a part of our fellows’ journeys as leaders – and to continue to support them as alumni growing their impact in government and politics.

We’re excited to continue to build community and offer support in 2026 through our free educational events that create a safe space for women to learn new skills and build connections to pursue careers in government and politics.

We love running our fellowship and we can’t wait to get back to it! But as a volunteer-led organization, our team is always working to balance our limited capacity and resources. This year, we’re focusing on growing our fundraising to help Ready to Launch increase our internal capacity so we can scale our programs.
